• Applications are downloaded and reviewed by designated officials
• Program directors select interview candidates
• ACGME programs open in ERAS
• ADS updates

October

• OPTI Annual Report Due October 1st
• Completion of TIVRA due by October 15th
• ACOFP In-Training Exam

November

• Instructions for submitting Rank Order Lists and obtaining Match results will be provided to registered students and programs.

December

• Military Match

January

• AOA Annual Program Fee Invoices are received by DME for payment by the institution
• San Francisco Match

February

• Submission of student and program Rank Order Lists to the AOA Match

March

• Begin updating opportunities website data (Deadline June 30)
• ACOI In-training (service) Examination
• AAO In-training (service) Examination
• NRMP Match and SOAP

April

• AOCEP In-training (service) Examination

May

• Review house staff files for completeness and notify the designated individual of deficiencies, i.e. evaluations, logs, papers, etc.
• Annual reports to MSOPTI
• Pay ERAS fees.

June

• Intern & Resident completions
• Agreement forms for participation in the AOA Intern/Resident Registration Program (the “Match”) are distributed via the osteopathic medical schools, to students.
• New contracts to programs
• New House Staff Roster to MSOPTI
