Mission Statement

The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Staff Council serves to ensure representation of all Staff by providing a vehicle of communication between and among Staff, WVSOM Administration, WVSOM Board of Governors (BOG), and those tasked with leading higher education in West Virginia. We acknowledge the rights, privileges, and responsibilities of individual staff members, and encourage an atmosphere of mutual respect, fellowship, support and opportunity. We strive to promote the mission of WVSOM and enhance awareness of WVSOM within the community and state.
