Lewisburg has the Greenbrier Valley Airport. Feel free to check with them first to see if you can get a flight directly into Lewisburg.
If you cannot get a flight directly into Lewisburg through GVA, other options are Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport out of Virginia, Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV or the Raleigh County Memorial Airport in Beaver, WV.
If flying in to the Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport , you will need to drive from Roanoke, VA to Lewisburg. The drive is about 2 h 18 min.
From the Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV. The drive is about 1 h 45 min if you take the toll route which is the fastest.
While the Raleigh County Memorial Airport in Beaver, WV, is a smaller airport, it is only a 45-minute drive.
