Capture WVSOM Photo Contest

Showcase your talent and your connection to WVSOM by entering the Alumni Association Capture WVSOM Photo Contest! Submit up to three (3) photos per category for a chance to have your image featured in our annual calendar, which is distributed to more than 5,000 alumni, faculty and staff. Prizes will be awarded to the best images in each of the three categories.

WVSOM Pride

Show off your WVSOM osteopathic spirit! Capture the beauty, history and energy of WVSOM through photos featuring campus landmarks, the WVSOM logo, student life, special events or the places that make our institution feel like home. To protect individual privacy, photos containing clearly visible or identifiable faces will not be considered for selection.

West Virginia Seasons

Celebrate the natural beauty of the Mountain State in every season. From vibrant spring blooms and sun-soaked summer adventures to fiery autumn landscapes and snow-covered winter scenes, share your favorite snapshot of West Virginia's ever-changing scenery.

Wagging Tails (and more)

Let your beloved companions steal the spotlight. Whether it's a playful pup, a curious cat, a majestic horse, a feathered friend or another cherished pet, we want to see the animals that bring joy to your life. Bonus points for personality, WVSOM pride, cuteness or unforgettable expressions.

To ensure the best possible print quality, please submit high-resolution images. Horizontal (landscape) photos are strongly preferred to accommodate the calendar's layout. Whether you capture breathtaking wild and wonderful scenery, WVSOM spirit or memorable moments with our four-legged family, we want to see your best work. Selected photos will be featured in the calendar and shared with the WVSOM community. Don't miss this opportunity to have your photography recognized and enjoyed by thousands of alumni and friends of WVSOM!
