The Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) program is a two-semester, nine-month program designed to prepare students for future success in medical school or other health professions.
As an MSBS student, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to prepare for future studies in a variety of health professions by experiencing many of the same instructional environments used in our medical program. Through Academic Support and Intervention Resources (ASPIRE) we offer academic support and intervention as well as private counseling services, ASPIRE can help you get where you want to be. It's free, confidential and open to all students.
Need a quiet place to focus and prepare for your next exam or a place you can get together for group study sessions? Located throughout campus are designated spaces.
Participation in the numerous student organizations and activities available on campus further enhances the student educational experience.
WVSOM has outstanding academic personnel to design, administer and teach all phases of our curriculum. You won't find a graduate student teaching a class at WVSOM.
